As a Skilled Laborer, you will play an essential role in our construction projects, ensuring that site preparation, installations, and finishing work are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. You'll work under the supervision of lead hands and site supervisors while collaborating with machine operators, tradespeople, and other crew members to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be prepared for overnight travel to job sites within a 1.5-hour radius
• Travel is required and will be paid for by employer
• This is is Full Time SEASONAL work (March - Dec)
• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
• Perform excavation, grading, and concrete work under supervision
• Operate hand and power tools to complete various tasks
• Support playground, pathway, and landscaping installations
• Assist with trenching and groundwork for electrical infrastructure projects
• Work closely with machine operators and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a secure job site
• Support team members with various construction tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields is an asset but not required
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and take initiative
• Experience using hand and power tools (an asset but not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
